Easy load and easy unload. Forklift both side. Will haul items for again . A++

Communication was adequate, but could be improved. Had some "trailer issues" at the pick up point which delayed the shipment. The delay was no big deal as we had plenty of time. I would have liked to know of the break down earlier as I had guys staying late to unload when the driver said that he'd be on site around 6pm, but wasnt notified that the shipment wasnt coming that day. I had to email the dispatcher the next morning to find out that there was a problem.
