A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved A scheduling conflict arose which has not been resolved. Shipper has not provided provider with contact info of pick up location further hindering scheduling efforts. I no longer feel comfortable doing this shipment.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Original p/u set for Wed AM. Provider said he didn't know if he could do Tues instead. Then said yes he could. Wanted p/u @ 7-8am Tues, a full day forward of Wed AM he bid on & after saying Tues prob was out. Told him p/u would be ready @ 1pm. He said he didn't want to wait the 6 hrs and cancelled shipment only 40 mins after that last msg w/o waiting for reply, while I was working w/ my p/u to try to accommodate his time request. Bad business practice, not comfortable w/ load going w/ him now.
