Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time An attempt was made to meet the deadline from Co-part, but unfortunately we arrived too late and it was a Friday. We could not wait until Monday and so we intended to pick up the bike on our return knowing that we would be liable for any storage fees. We did not expect the customer to pay these. We arrived in Denver on Saturday to pick up bike on Monday and the cancelation request arrived on Saturday, timing. We are sorry for the frustration and we did try and make many phone calls, left message

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I accepted the bid being told that pickup would be within 3 Days of accepting. I accepted bid Tuesday Wednesday. Thursday, Friday (the weekend) and Monday has passed. The vehicle has not been picked up, and I have not been able to get in touch with the shipper after 3 emails. I called to get a few quotes and come to find out the shipper is a broker and NOT the hauler. There is no trailer lined up and they and I are waiting for a driver to pick it up. I cant wait and pay storage fees, so I booked

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I tried for 2 days after the deadline to reach the shipper. Each time I got ahold of them on the phone I was told they would need to call me back, and each time they never called back. Its been almost 2 weeks now from when I booked the shipment and STILL have yet to hear from them. I had to act fast as I was incuring storage charges. I would like a refund of my deposit.

Cant say enough good things about Jeff. Was quick to respond to emails, and kept me up to date on everything, including when each bike was picked up, and when he would be at my house. I will most definitely deal with him again, and hope to in the near future. I will recommend him to anyone I know that needs shipping!! THANKS JEFF
