The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This job was posted very straight forward Wakefield Massachusetts to Newark New Jersey after contacting customer there were four additional Stops between Wakefield Massachusetts and Newark New Jersey for $146 no way

We made this very explicit in the posting, even added a note in all caps that said "IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ)". Once you accepted the offer, we sent an additional email asking you to confirm you received the addresses for all four stops, which you then confirmed in writing. For you to accept the offer, confirm it, and then cancel at the last minute because you didn't bother to read the posting or our any of our emails is unprofessional.

Paul's service was amazing. He accepted a complex delivery with multiple pick up points and was still willing to meet our tight budget. Communication was excellent throughout. Very happy with the service. This shipper restored my confidence in uShip.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After the carrier accepted the offer and confirmed again over email, he cancelled at the last minute because he decided the request was "too much work." (His words, not mine). As a result, I now have to find another carrier and am liable for storage fees because the lots weren't picked up in time. Totally unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

These guys marked the shipment as delivered and entered collected payment before even picking up the items. They then proceeded to reschedule pick up to the following week but never showed. When I followed up, they told me they had no record of the original shipping agreement. I tried to get my money back, but they never paid. Worst delivery experience I've had on this site so far.
