Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We were notified by Michelle T. - Sr. Trust and Safety Specialist at uShip, that the service provider (David Ochwangi) had been permanently suspended from uShip due to not carrying the legally required certifications and permits for cross country household moves. As a result, Michelle recommended that we cancel the shipment to receive a full refund and an immediate re-list of our move.
