I am not happy at all with this service. They biud on my shipment as if they were the actual transport company. After several emails and phone calls I setttled on them. Come to find outthey were a middle man dispatching service. What should have taken a couple days as was agreed upon actually took about a month. When the item was received it came on a box truck that was to big to manuever the unloading area. The item was supposed to be delivered on a van for manueverability but was not.

communication was excellent and so was timing and delivery. overall a very good experience. Would definitely ose for any other shipping needs.
