I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Disgusting customer service. Lied about pick-up time. No notification to client that they didn't do anything. Drivers will not wait for paperwork when they did arrive (once). Shipment has been ready each day for them to pick up for 5 days. No follow up calls or notifications, would not transfer me to a manager upon request. Basically, they have been giving me the runaround.
