The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Talk with the provider the day prior to pick up. I was told he would be there to pick up my Jeep around 11am. The day of the pickup he was a no show and never called. I tried to call several times and never got a response. Contacted USHIP support and they could not get in touch with him either. He never reached out to say he could no longer pick up my Jeep and just ghosted me. This was totally unprofessional and really put me in a bad spot as I needed this vehicle transported in the agreed upon
