I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This customer has lied, and I have proof. Firstly, I have never taken a deposit or payment from him, and welcome any proof he has that I did. Secondly, my driver could be there in the time I listed in the bid, which you can research yourself. It was not 1-3 days as he said, I listed it as 4 days to pickup and 3 to deliver. I can do this in that time frame. This cancellation is surprise to me. I welcome the work, but am now nervous about servicing a customer like this. I called him with no reply Response from Jos A.: Uship is pretty straight forward. If you accept a bid in the service providers time frame and he has miscalculated and tells you I'll get you another time when I'm that way, who's the liar? Thank you Uship for the refund.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment To whom it may concern,
A bid was offered and accepted for pick up and delivery. The service provider indicated 1-3 days pick up and delivery. Upon completion of accepting bid and paying down payment I received and email from LakeNormanTransport (Harry) that his driver had left the pick up area and he said pick up will not be as listed. I immediately emailed LakeNormanTransport to ask him for a refund and he or they as of yet have not responded. I have had several positive shipments with very f Response from LakeNormanTransport: Lie #1. Bid states in black and white pickup in 4 days. Lie #2. We get paid at delivery and never collected a deposit to refund. Lie #3. I did respond and will gladly forward this email to anyone who doubts it. I have clear proof on the lies. For future reference, you don't have to lie to cancel your shipment. Providers steer clear of this one. Everyone else look at my puctuality and communication feedback. Does it look like I ignore emails, or that I am late for pickups. Come on man. Really?
