I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Quote was submitted for 4th/5th pickup. I reached out on the 4th but wasn't able to reach anyone until late this morning on the 5th. I spoke to the owner today who told me the bike wouldn't be ready until tomorrow the 6th. We agreed to a 9 am pickup, which is the earliest available time he could do. I tired to accommodate the extra day but after complaints from my already scheduled deliveries, i had to leave to make up for the delay in order to meet my deadlines. I have emailed the custo

Nightmare! Incredibly unprofessional behavior. Broke every promise & agreement they made w/ us! Waited hours @ both pick up & dropoff. The plot thickened as the buyer & overseas shipping agents shared their stories about the horrors of this transaction! I feel bad for the buyer as promises were broken w/ him as well. Response from Ed K.: We are the ones that had to wait for the shipper to arrive 2 hours late in picking up, but we did so without complaint. Shipper then dropped the bike while loading & said nothing. Luckily we had video. When asked for his ID, he refused. When he delivers, I want confirmation bike is ok from recipient. Shipper demands payment before I speak to recipient. Unheard of. He sends many nasty emails. Now claims to know details of purchase. Will NEVER use this guy again! Nightmare!
