Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Contacted the shipper after we realized the pick up date didn't coordinate with our store hours, told him I would call back after we figured something out. After several attempts to contact this gentleman via phone, an email and an attempt through USHIP customer service, I was finally able to get a hold of him three days later. The gentleman was hostile on the phone and told me to go ahead and cancel the shipment. I am requesting a full refund.

One of our best UShip experiences to date! Chacko was incredibly easy to work with and has excellent communication skills. He was ahead of schedule and did a wonderful job blanket wrapping the mantle we were sending out. He delivered quickly and the item arrived in the same condition it left here in.
