The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Truck was sent to pick this up, customers dimensions were completely wrong. We had already checked on the machine when we bid, and were unaware that the attachment wouldn't fold up correctly. The attachment needs to come off and be shipped separately. We emailed and called customer right away and assumed he was taking care of this. Almost 2 weeks later customer calls and says he didn't get email or message. Customer blames us, and his listing was not correct. We now have a TONU associated with t Response from Charles W.: I CALLED THEM ANS ASKED THEM IF THEY SAW THE PHOTOS AND TO PLEASE CHECK DIMENSIONS IN THE INTERNET, THEY TOLD ME TO DEPOSIT THEM THE COMPLETE AMOUNT 3,200.00 .THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST EVER , THEY SAID I DID NOT PUT DIMENSIONS , I PUT THE MODEL OF THE MACHINE AND PICTURES !! A NORMAL COMPANY WOULD CHECK DIMENSIONS AND PHOTOS. AFTER THEY LEFT . THEY ROB ME 1,500.00 USD. ONLY SENT BACK $1,700 I THINK THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE MONEY. ZERO PROFESSIONALS. WANT PROBLEMS AND LOOSE YOUR MONEY. CALL THEM.

Charles was great to work for, he had great commutation, through email and phone contact. Has some small issues with the load and its conditions but was easily handled. I would haul for him again

machine was filthy had to pay to have it washed before it could cross the boarder, also still to this date 10/09/09 we have not been paid in full for this shipment. customer wanted to pay half upon loading and half at delivery. Customer was conviently not there when driver arrived after talking to him 30 minutes earlier and no check and still no check Response from Charles W.: THIS IS NOT MY SHIPMENT , I NEVER CROSSED THE BORDER

It's been a month and a half and I'm still waiting to get paid. Customer made arrangements with the exporter to pay the bill, which I agreed to accept when the customer refused to wire the money from Mexico, and the check they sent bounced, twice. Now I'm getting a big run around from everyone. Customer not much help in resolving the issue. Please Charles Wilson, I know you can do better. You have the money. Pay me. Response from Charles W.: I HAVE NEVER SENT A CHECK I DID NOT CONTRACT THIS SHIPMENT . I HAVE NEVER FAIL TO PAY ANY ONE. CALL ME AND TELL ME WHO YOU ARE???? USHIP HAS ALL MY CONTACT INFO. !! I DONT EVEN HAVE CHECKS .ONLY WIRE TRANSFERS
