The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time WOW! What an awful experience! I would not advise using this company; however, I booked them after reading how many positive reviews they had. It is now going on 3 weeks past due of when they were supposed to pick up my car. Let's see, first excuse was that the truck's hydraulics pipe broke upon picking up a car at an auction that was due right before my pick-up.
