The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was scheduled for over 2 weeks and multiple times the driver did not arrive.
The 1 time he did arrive the loading guy needed to make a new copy of the BOL and the driver pulled out while he was making the copy without the pick up. Multiple more attempts to schedule and driver never showed up.

Small shipment only needed to go 153 miles. Quoted 1 business day from New Hampshire to Connecticut. Ended up taking 4 Business day and 6 days total to get the shipment. Best price doesn't always mean best service. We will consider another shipper next time.
