Shipper mishandled the furniture, resulting in a tear tonthe fabric, and broken chrome trim. Disregarded impriper handling to “vibration”. Horrible option for vintage items. Will never ever use again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time McNair Express has been reliable, but has come into some personal issues and isn’t responding to inquiries. The agreed upon ship time has lapsed and I need to get this item to my client a this lapse has created friction with a valuable customer of mine.
