The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider agreed to price and pick up time yesterday, stating he would have a driver here today
2 hours before the driver was expected to be here, the service provider was calling and texting saying the driver wanted more and do we agree. I told him no. We agreed upon a price, date and time and I dont appreciate the service provider accepting/making an offer without being fully prepared with a driver lined up.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Tradex USA Logistics LLC submitted a quote for the shipment, I accepted the quote, he then came back and told me he no longer had a driver and that to get another it would cost an additional $150 over the agreed-upon $450. Very poor service provider. I had other quotes the same as theirs, waited for 2 days on the pickup just to find out they could not live up to their end of the bargain.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider agreed to pick up the shipment on Monday January 21st. They never showed up. I have been trying to contact them via phone and email for the past 3 days with no response. I have also contacted UShip, who also sent the service provider an email with no response.
