Item was re classed by the carrier in which we requested prrof from the customer and he failed to provide any info for us to re dispute with the carrier....shipper provided the freight class and carrier said it wasnt correct...If provided with the correct freight class there wouldnt have been any issues...

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Driver refused pickup because ítem was not crated. We do not believe it is necessary to crate this ítem to safely transport it so we are going to find an alternate method of shipping it.

Shipment was re-classed by the carrier, which happens some times, and is not the broker's fault. However, this broker was COMPLETELY unwilling to help me in any manner whatsoever to fight the re-class. The guy has the NMFC software on his computer and he steadfastly REFUSED to spend any time looking up alternative classes, saying only that it was my responsibility to provide the code. Whatever you do -- even if you have to pay more somewhere else -- shop around. These guys are horrible.
