AAA+++ Customer. What an awesome company!! I worked with Steve, and Joanne on this shipment - and they are both highly professional, courteous and a pleasure on the phone. Shipment was a new Pavati all-aluminum hull 24' wakeboard boat!! New on the market, and it was great being a part of the job. Response from CarryYours:
Customer agreed to have the item towed instead of hauled. Dealer convinced customer that TOWAWAY would cause damage and insisted the customer have the boat hauled. We did not have hauling equipment in the pickup area so we were unable to service the change in transport method requested.
