Nice lady, held the door as we loaded the items. Son and a friend helped unload on the other end. Payment made as soon asthe job was complete.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I aaccepted this bid a few months ago and was informed then that it needed to be done in June. I have her scheduled for June 2nd and have talked to her at least 5 times. We talked last week and scheduled an agreed pick up time and I have no idea why there is a problem now.

I was never given a date. Every phone conversation was intiated by me, there was never any follow through by the provider. He has excellant feedbacks, thats why I wanted to use his service, but I don't know what happened with his communication as far as my shipment was concerned.

I recommend using this provider without hesitation. He kept in contact and was very nice, and got my furniture to the destination when he said he would. He even made an extra trip to drop off some items to a different location which was above and beyond the agreement. Would use his service again without hesitation.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I have spoken to this shipper a few times, he says he will do the move for me but each time I call him he tells me to call him back and we will set up a date. I feel he is too busy. I want someone that will return my call. I shouldn't have to be calling him back several time. He should be able to follow through himself. He seems very nice, but not organized.
