A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved PLEASE NOTE I was ready to pick up on Thursday Oct. 31st and made plans to leave Thursday to have vehicle in port by 3:00 pm Friday afternoon. The title and other paperwork to have the vehicle allowed entry to the port was not processed BY BUYER AND SELLER until 11 am Friday, THUS MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DELIVER THE CAR THE 350 MILES IN TIME BEFORE PORT CLOSING Nov 1. I was ready to deliver, but I understand paperwork problems are sometimes unavoidable. I lost the ability to take other load

Very good experience. Charles was very easy to work with, and was very understanding when my estimated delivery time ran over a bit due to being delayed by a weigh station inspection in Mississippi. Everything worked out well and I would certainly bid on any future shipments he might post.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time service provider failed to show up. His provided phone number has been disconnected. My deadline for shipping @ the port was november 1st and i missed it thanks to the service provider. I had to rebid for a later shipment. I am very sad for this inconveniences.

I did my part. I actually had the CRV on my trailer on time to ship at port. Paperwork was not ready. That had NOTHING to do with me. They got paperwork squared away and I delivered it on time and it got shipped in time next day. Like I said paperwork was done entirely on shippers end. It got handled cause I got it there next day quickly. Everybody was happy.
