There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved And also my truck had a machanical fire under the hood...I was down to 0 dollar ,due to everything happing on way to pick up for him. I ran into some problems with no phone services , as well!!! We played phone tag it seemed.. I'm so sorry about the way everything turned out for this customer. . This firr was a life happening none conttolable situaction . That put a big damper on everything !!Sorry wish you luck !!!

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I had asked a question and then accepted the book it now price a few days later. I honestly did not expect a book it now shipment to not have been purchased. changes should have been made to the shipment if it was not ready for transportation.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I'm not happy they cancelled. There was no phone call telling me they have a problem. They wanted the shipment because it was a whole load from Sarasota Florida close to them in Ohio. We agreed on a price and I cancelled the ticket to pick up one of the trucks. They said I would get 24 hours notice before pick up and delivery a few days later. The pick up was to be around August 19 and delivery around the 21st. I called twice on the 21st, no call back just a cancellation on the 22nd.

the engine in our truck blew up....we had no other choice but to cancel all of our shipments..great apologies...we thought it was better to cancel then to drag all of our customers out until we either fi or replaced our truck. we did just that we got a new semi and a new truck!!!! again great apologies...
