I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Had an issue with a driver on the east coast and this affected my ability to accommodate this weeks shipments from the west coast to the east, all shippers were advised of this some waited it out and others decided to cancel. BUT all were advised as well as uShip this can be verified with them. I take my ratings and cancellation rating very seriously and wouldn't jeopardize that over a few loads, according to uShip I have one of the lowest cancellation ratings and intend to keeping it that way.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After waiting for the shipment to be processed by the provider on time, I wrote an email and called them, they haven't given me a reason, they just told me to call back because they have an issue with uShip.
I need expedite on this matter and they are delayed, I will find another provider within UShip.

After having a truck abandoned on the east coast, I had no choice but to fly my driver to take care of this. This caused many delays on my West Coast shipment. All clients were advised as well as uShip-who helped guide me on the best course of action in with this issue. This can be verified with them. This customer was aware of this and told he would be contacted at 3 p.m., He cancelled at 1 p.m. I take my rating very seriously and will continue to. I have the low cancellation and great ratings.
