The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We agreed on moving the item tomorrow but the client had someone else that could move it for a lower rate. I am accepting this cancellation since I talk to the customer so we could speed up the process but please remove the cancellation since it was not on our end that we could not complete this freight.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Desde hace 7 dias que contrate el servicio del flete y he estado esperando que el trsnportista levante mis equipos en RBA St. Louis pero van dos veces que manda choferes alli y no recolectan dichos equipos.
Ya llevo atrazo en la importación a Mexico y mi agente aduanal me está cobrando honorarios por la demora.

Entrega a tiempo y sin retraso. Este servicio es el que solicité y a un costo muy razonable.
