A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I'm very sry I had brokedown and explianed to the customer that I was Running behind and I could pick this up next week. He could not wait Anymore and so I advised him I was very sry and for him to cancel this Shipment I'm so sry for thw inconvience this may have cause him and Futhermore hope that with all of this that went on with my truck. People understand there is nothing that I could have done any different. Pls accept understand I am truely sry this has to happen.

Overall, it wasn't a great experience, they didn't deliver my car on time, and when I asked them to give an estimated time for delivery, they couldn't work it correctly! I ended up paying $266 extra for a rental car.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time after many calls with the Service Provider: Anthony Roberts (allaroundauto) he couldn't meet the dates that we agreed on, then the service provider said to me if you can't wait anymore go ahead to USHIP and cancel the shipment , be advise he is admitting that he is way behind his timeline . thanks a lot Bandar
