I have never met such a kind, thoughtful and professional transporter. Heck, he is just a kind and thoughtful person. So helpful, so trustworthy. I would pay more to have Rocky transport for me in the future. Seriously, I'm just blown away on the extra effort he went to on my shipment. He dealt with getting a permit I didn't know was needed. He fixed the trailer lights. He fixed a balky trailer hitch. I gave him all the cash in my wallet as a tip. It really wasn't enough for such great service.

Kyle was awesome. This was a challenging move, as the forklift was not in running condition and didn't even have a key, yet he made it happen. I think a lesser shipper might have given up or would have complained about not getting enough money. Kyle did neither of those things. Instead he got it loaded, kept in contact with me, and was flexible on the unload end too. I am very pleased and would use Kyle again for any load.
