I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

I must say that Gus is a gentleman that commits to doing a great job. I say that in the way that he qualiifies the opportunity before he commits, communicating throughout the pickup and delivery, and flexible in scheduling with the client. I highly recommend Gus for first time users of the Uship service.
Gus made me feel very comfortable with my furniture and is ability to deliver on time.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was suppose to pick up items before 5pm Friday 08/14/009. never heard from him again,

James we had a truck hit our trailer and tore a hole in it and would not be able to ship your things and keep thim dry in the event that it rained... Sorry we tried to call many times...
