A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We reached out and advised that our driver had come into contact with Covid-19 and this order had to be placed on hold for the time being. We did not want to jeopardize the health of anyone else during this time.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I emailed Bryan letting him know he was on my schedule and that my charger port on my phone died. We are still planning for pickup and we are communicating thru email.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The company was late picking up the shipment and then said they were unable to complete the shipment because the driver got sick. Not their fault for illness.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I need this shipped ASAP as the auction has a deadline. The shipper has not responded to any texts or phone calls. I need it shipped so I will just hire a more reliable company.
