The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time There was no misrepresentation. This provider was supposed to pick up the load numerous times over a week ago and failed to do it. He then got pictures of the wrong load due to a clerical error which the load was over 1200 cf and he could not have used. he apparently had a job before this and I believe he had no room so he stated he did not like our attitude when we pointed out this was a very small under 400cf load and he cancelled

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Driver was asking for more money after accepting the job at a certain price and was an issue at the pick up, tried to reason and negotiate with him to no avail. We decided to mutually part ways and move on with our business elsewhere

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled This shipment was posted accurately, the service provider is trying to swindle for more money and pit the customer against the company. I am disputing this full transaction as the service provided did not rendered services in full from start to finish based upon the agreed upon listing price and details. I have texts messages, screen shots etc. to attach when needed.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Unfortunately service wasn’t provided and customer had to be out of the house. So I had to rent a uhaul to get the job picked up. So need to cancel this. Pleas refund.
