A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I received a last minute call from this provider. She waited until the very last minute to call me, then I gave her the number of the lady holding the item to be moved. The next day the provider calls me and says...yeah...I can't get this item ...need more money to get it...so, I said just forget it. I have waited weeks to get this item, and then to call and do something like that is unprofessional.
I need an immediate refund so I can relist this item for someone else who is dependable an

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I am not sure if this can be completed, e-mailed (twice) mover, and no response. I think we need to cancel this transaction.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Called the number at [phone number removed] left me a message to call them back with the address, and have had NO communication after giving them the pickup address and such....not professional at ALL.
