The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I received a last minute call from this provider. She waited until the very last minute to call me, then I gave her the number of the lady holding the item to be moved. The next day the provider calls me and says...yeah...I can't get this item ...need more money to get it...so, I said just forget it. I have waited weeks to get this item, and then to call and do something like that is unprofessional. I need an immediate refund so I can relist this item for someone else who is dependable an
