A simple text or email back would've been much appreciated. You straight up ignored multiple calls, texts and emails for 2 days straight. You won't last long in this field if you're an utterly fail at communication like you did with me. A simple explanation would've sufficed. You keep mentioning a "tight window" but, both the seller and I were available literally the ENTIRE DAY on 3/25 and 3/26. You simply failed to follow up or show up. F- for you, sir....

Marvel did a great job with my transport. Better tracking along the way could be improved, but I have no complaints. My car got here safely and the driver Charles and his helper assisted with loading it into my garage. Super helpful and super nice guys. Thanks for all the help!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider (Gage Hill @ Hills Shipping) decided to fall off the face of the earth. He also lied saying he contacted the seller for the pickup and the seller in fact hadn't heard from him at all. I received 2 emails after booking with Gage requesting information that was on the Uship quote, I sent the information to him anyway. On 3/24/21 He then said pickup and drop off would happen the same day, 3/25/21. Well 3/25/21 came and went and I've called, emailed and texted multiple times w

I no longer need my item(s) shipped My bank refused to complete the wire transfer to purchase the vehicle I needed transported. The sale is no longer valid. Could not have foreseen this happening. My apologies and thank Brat Boys towing for their time and effort.

Outstanding. Communication could've been a bit better from the dispatch end, and the status online never updated so it was up to me to get the drivers number from the dealership it was being picked up at, and contact him directly. The driver was amazing, kept me up to date, and my C63 AMG got here 2 full days early, so no complaints here!! :) Tip the drivers well on delivery, they deserve it.
