Poor experience with this provider. It was entirely problems around scheduling and transport time. Would not work with them again. On the positive, dog was transported safely. Communication (mostly reasons to why yet another delay was happening) occurred regularly, but given the repeated delays, dialogue was strained. Original pickup was 12/6 but provider didn't arrive until 12/11. Dog wasn't delivered until 12/23. That's just too long for a dog to be riding in a crate in a van.
