The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment YRC showed up to pick up the freight without the release that was sent to their office to give to the driver. They also did not schedule an appointment per our request as this was a sea freight shipment. Livingston International our customs clearing agent dispatched their own freight carrier to properly pickup the freight. I did call YRC direct to tell them to cancel. I also have a string of email communication between USHIP, Livingston International and myself relating to this problem.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The company was very good at contacting me to let me know about the status of pickup. The pickup got pushed off a couple of days. That was no big deal. The day of pickup my consignee notified me that they were picking the animals up in a car. These are livestock animals and cannot be transported in a car. The freight company was to be at the location at 6:00 PM on 10/15/2015. I received a text at midnight that they could not find the location and they were heading to north carolina. I will relis
