After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider

Sorry that I have overlooked this opportunity and this has been long overdue. Eric is great to work with. We have worked on other shipments since and it's always a pleasure.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward agreement was for pick-up within 5 days of booking which was on 4/4/16. as of 4/10/16 a driver had not yet even been assigned to the pick-up. i called Montway directly at least 3 times. each time the CSR sounded like they were reading a typed script. some of the CSR's had very difficult to understand accents. Montway has failed to gain my trust in transporting my vehicle and not been able to live up to the USHIP booking terms. i had to spend an inordinate amount of my time to arrange pick-

excellent service and communication. picked up and delivered when promised. nice enclosed trailer for transport. would not hesitate to use again.

shipper provided excellent communication throughout the process. very honest and trustworthy - asked me beforehand whether it was OK for bike to be in uncovered truck bed for a short time (i would have never even known!). i would use this shipper again and recommend to others.
