The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped i booked a shipment which was previously cancelled from a broker. the customer called me to verify that the vehicle was picked up but i hadnt picked it up. the only person to have the pickup info was the broker who cancelled. i suspect this shipment was stolen out from under me by the broker. i called uship to intervene but was told to cancel, nothing i can do. they refused to give me contact info to cardealer123. this is not Michelle's fault nor mine. but we get the ding with the cancel

Thank you for hiring me as your transporter. You both were VERY hospitable and thank you for breakfast too. Very easy to work with and very nice couple. I highly recommend this couple for any future work. They met me on time and were some of the friendliest people you can ever meet. Glad I could help and will be here if you need any more help. Steve was awesome and accommodating. Took very good care of my trailer and stayed in contact with me letting me know when and were to meet. I would use Steve again in a heart beat.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Macy is not the owner and uses Greg's account. These two have had a falling out and Greg does not ship but Macy falsely represents himself as a reputable shipper. He overbooks and has nothing but excuses. Try's to guilt you into sending him money by mentioning his 3 kids. No communication until the mentioning of going to the authorities. Tells you what you want to hear until the shipment due date and then lies through his teeth. Says he takes full responsibility for his actions and that he will

contacted the pickup person to schedule pickup was told it was gone already. the previous person who match cancelled picked it up. they picked up without authorization. was told by uship nothing i can do but cancel.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Finally spoke to Aki after one week of trying. He was full of excuses as soon as I got him on the phone. Told me that he wanted to cancel as he is a broker and couldnt fulfill the agreement. He told me to relist and pay full market value. He mentioned that he is trying to waive his brokerage fee. He also blamed me for not reading the full ad. The bid was accepted by him.
