After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer is using his previous experience with other transporters, we are not comfortable working with him.

Our previous experience with other transporters was that a shipper with a 3 star rating took me on a 2 month journey of extortion and eventually destroyed $20,000 Wirth of our products. the police found my items behind a hotel by a dumpster in pieces. I also had no recourse and had to refund my clients.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time he called and said he would be here between 5-7pm to pick up of which I stayed late for him. he said he would call / text back by 4pm. 4pm came, then 4;30 with no reply so I called and text him with no answer. then at 5:56 I received a text saying "still not done with current load. Will have to cancel. Apologies, we wish you the best." Bad communication.
