Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time Called left messages not heard back from customer. I also sent emails. With no actual address on shipment I couldn't show up and talk to someone either.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I left her a message, she finally called wednesday when we were out of town. She wants text messages which we can't do. I called again this morning thursday. waiting for a reply.

They got ahold of me but never heard back from them. Even agreed to pickup on next trip the next week. I told them text was best or call sun mon evening to set it up again.
