The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The driver didn't inform us that he is unable to pick up the item on the agreed day. We contacted him through the week and no reply. We called him from a different number and he said he is unable to pick up the item due to personal circumstances.
We looking now for urgent transport as he didn't inform us earlier.
