Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Good morning when the customer sent me a email never received it so he sent it to him in the text message and I responded to him that all the information you need to know about me is all my user profile and I haven't heard from him since besides him putting in a cancellation order for me to get reviews I have to pick up a shipment as a seed with a shipment I don't mind sending him a copy of my ID or driver's license and I still would like to pick up a shipment and deliver it for him

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Shipper took way too long to respond to my email and phone calls. Never actually responded to my email, just by text. Didn’t provide me with the information requested (picture of drivers license, insurance information, method of transport, etc) plus there are other cancellations with similar situations on their account. I do not feel that they will complete the shipment properly.
