After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I have never received a phone call from the customer. My phone number works perfectly and is always on. Customer never offered to provide assistance. He simply said that he couldn't roll it around the house on his own. I have initiated and stayed in constant communication with the client via email. It's very difficult to move a piano on my own 100 miles away with a broken hand and in various snow-storms. After not jumping to email him back immediately, he cancelled.

Service Provider asked if needed a second person to deliver piano.
1.Booked on December 11, 2013 and piano to be picked up on December 15, 2013.
2.Rescheduled by service provider by email to be picked up on December 18 or 19th.
3. Rescheduled by service provider by email to be picked up on December 20 or 21, 2013.
