Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Wow!!! I have alll the texts.

I have a text from you that says “ it’s no rush.. as long as it gets there in one piece.”
I was on my way today and HE told ME to just bring it back... after noticing the trailer tire was NOT safe to drive , I respectfully contact him and told him.. HE said “I’ll come get it.”
And I said “ok I don’t feel safe driving it with the tire like this”

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The communication was terrible from day one. I received a text at midnight the day of pick up to grab it in the middle of the night. I said no but the morning would be fine. Was told 0600 AM, didn't show up until 9 PM. Scraped the boat on the wall. Minor issue but it happened. After 4 days, it stayed in his driveway with multiple text that he was leaving either each night or morning. At the 4th day, I said I want my shipment back and he told me to pick it up I did (2 hrs each way) So long sto
