I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The carrier hasn't picked up the items We lost contact with the provider after we made the paperwork,after several attempts he does not answer the phone and he didn´t answer the mails.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We had contact with Mr.Kelly Shobe for the last time on January 11, 2011; from there on it was impossible to reach the service provider. Even though he had agreed that hw would deliver the merchandise in between January 17 to January 19. We have been unable to locate the service provider even though we have called him many times.
