The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer has purchased item without physical inspection. I have visited item twice and cannot accommodate a safe shipment with the equipment available to me, or without extensive bracing/ dismantling of item. Customer is very accessible and great to deal with, I regret that she has been misinformed by person or persons selling her this item.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled To Whom it may concern,
Bobnation previewed my tinyhouse he advised me that he wouldn't have any problems fulfilling his shipment order, however, he requested an additional week to complete the shipment. Instead of arriving around the 21sr, he guatantee it would be completed by the 28th at the latest (02/16/14). However, after about the 18th I noticed that Bobnation wasn't answering/returning calls. Then a day before my shipment is meant to arrive I get a cancelation email.
