Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Have tried emailing customer to get phone number of pickup location. Told customer that I cannot get voicemails from the office phone number which is the one he called. Did not receive notification from Uship that customer had added shippers address and phone number, will reach out directly to shipper tomorrow morning. Please make it so if customer updated information once shipment has been booked, that it notifies Driver.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have reached out numerous times by phone and left detailed messages regarding coordinating pick-up with the contact person. I also sent messages via this interface. I received one standard message that did not address the the details I requested. The communication was nonexistent.
