I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I have been trying to reach the customer for the past 10 days to get a pickup and delivery address. I have called and emailed the information that was provided through uShip. The customer has not returned any phone calls or email messages. therefore have no choice but to cancel the transport.

This is a completely false statement. I can provide documentation of email w/ time & date to prove that I responded w/in 8 hours with all information requested. I can also provide proof of returning all calls in less than 24 hours. I am very disappointed with the cancelation but I understand things happen. I do not understand why the blame is being put on me.

I am very happy with the service!! Our new puppy Lucy arrived early--yay!!! & Very happy!! She had an obvious connection with JRBexpress. They were very attentive & affectionate with our puppy! I would absolutely use their service again. I highly recommend them!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I did respond with all information w/in 8 hours of request. Shipper says she did not receive my emails sent to her through uship. I have documentation on my end that it was indeed sent, as I am sure uship does as well. I was given less than 24 hours to respond to her call before the cancelation. I do wish I was given at least 24 hours to respond to the call. The shipper refused to make new arrangements to right the situation. I have 2 young children waiting for a puppy. :(

I did not get an email from you and the email you forwarded to me did not show the email coming to me, only that you had sent an email to someone. I have 4 emails to you: dated sept 5, two on sept 10 and another on sept 14. Then I called you and only after submitting request for cancellation did you call me. I would have liked to work something out until you began attacking my character and ethics because I couldn't reach you and requested to cancel bid.
