Stay away from this shipper. He think he can avoid customs entry to the USA from Canada, he try to be shipper, exporter, receiver and importer. His customer is the importer of record :-) We safe him a couple of 100 USD by connecting to our broker as his broker try to charge him almost 500 USD. Nothing than lie and legal issue by cross border. NEVER EVER AGAIN with this shipper.

Your company is a joke. I never had any of these issues with other companies. You couldn't follow simple instructions. The package would not have even been delivered if my client and I hadn't called you dozens of times.

Definitely not using this company again... First, they bonded my shipment. This caused me to have to pay almost $100 usd in clearing the shipment. Second, they screwed around big time when delivering the package. The driver delivering the goods was speaking to my client when he was supposed to drop off the goods, but then drove off!!! Huh?!?! They didn't even follow up with my client after, to have it delivered. They also got extremely confused about where it was going.

Nothing than lie and criminal acting from this shipper. He try to avoid customs entry, tax and duty. ANY shipment which cross the US Border needs to be customs cleared. We do not charge anything on top of our quote. We connect him to our Customs Broker which charge him 400 USD less than his own broker. Pickup on time, delivered on time. We advise that he need to provide correct consignee and not his own name. Stay away in order to avoid legal issue with this shipper.

Good communication. Every time I called FA, they happily assisted me. Just make sure you get a commercial invoice if shipping across the border!
