Extremely happy that our item, a very fragile and sentimentally priceless piano, made it 1200 miles in perfect condition. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your careful, meticulous attention to detail, and professionalism. AND for going way above and beyond repairing the piano bench, that arrived in much better condition that when it was picked up. I appreciate your small prices and big hearts!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am very sorry to cancel. Although the shipper was nice and offered a competitive rate, it was obvious when he arrived to pick up the piano that he does not have experience shipping pianos as stated in our previous communications. He was not prepared with the people or materials needed to move/load/transport a piano safely. I no longer feel comfortable with this shipper. I am sorry. This item is too important to our family to take a chance with someone that has never moved a piano. I hope you u
