Communication was good. This p/u had very tight perameters for us, because when appointments were made we had @ a 15 min. window. Shipment was handled by outside carrier.

Cody was a pleasure to work with and also overcame a difficult person on the other end of my shipment. I would definitely use him again. He's polite and did exactly what he said he'd do. That's a rarity these days.

Oceans2Oceans was great at answering phone and communication. The pick up person on the other end of my transaction wasn't very flexible which didn't allow for much time discrepancy by Oceans2Oceans. I would try them again because they were easy to reach and very friendly.
