The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer explained to me that he wanted to use a owner operator/independent shipper and not a Broker because the items being shipped are very fragile and didn't want them transferred.
I accept the cancellation and there are no hard feeling between me and the shipper. I just need confirmation from U-ship support that we will not be dinged for the cancellation, as the customer did not read our profile stating we were a broker before accepting our bid. Thanks

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Difficult to communicate with and unresponsive most of the time...Brokered my items to a large freight company and was not even aware where they were going, where they are located and what was being shipped. One of the companies mentioned caused damage to my items before in transit. These items are fragile and very valuable. After considering all the above i am going with another shipper.
