Our truck broke down that was going to haul this, shipper was made aware of this on Friday. On Tuesday afternoon, he told us we could have a couple more days, as the truck was still in the shop. Tuesday night he initiated the cancellation. We had another truck lined up for Thursday, but he had already found someone else. Sorry that things didn't work on our end, but we don't deserve what you wrote about us. From all of us, Take care and God Bless you and yours!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider stated the truck would pick shipment up on Thursday and be delivered on Monday. Its the following Wednesday and still no truck for even the pickup. They are full of excuses and a waste of time. DO NO USE them ever. I should of researched their background and reviews first.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Previous shipping company that i hired before uship was not supposed to pickup the bike. Without my knowledge the bike was picked up. No longer needing the uship company.
