Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Nach der Buchung habe ich den Spediteur per Email kontaktiert. Er hat nicht reagiert und ich habe ihm erneut eine Email geschickt. Daraufhin hat er mir einen unverständlichen Satz per Email zurückgeschickt, aber nicht auf meine Frage bezüglich Liefertermin etc. reagiert. Später am Tag schrieb er dann erneut, das der Abholtermin vor dem 15.03 stattfinden würde - den genauen Termin & Uhrzeit aber nicht spezifiziert.
